Green Beans and Broccoli with Cashews


1 head broccoli, chopped
1 lb. green beans, chopped
1/2 cup cashews
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp umeboshi vinegar
1 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp sea salt

1. Steam broccoli and green beans
2. Blanch almonds
3. Add rest of ingredients in bowl, whisk
4. Add in broccoli, beans and almonds
5. Toss to coat
