Sliced or Slivered Almonds |
Rinse quinoa (or soak for 10 minutes to remove any bitterness,
then rinse).
Combine water, quinoa and cranberries in pot.
Bring to boil and simmer for ~20 minutes. In last 5 minutes
add almonds and keep covered.
Makes about 4 servings
