Progressive Fusion Yoga at Body Mecca
Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm--ongoing 6 week series
Saturdays 10:45-11:45am--ongoing 5 week series or drop-ins

Here's an example of a six week series. (Though topics vary.) We build from the foundation of basics (alignment, muscle groups, depth), while offering new approaches for those with an existing yoga practice. Offered at Body Mecca Fitness Training Studio 1236 Elati St., Denver

Week one: Exploring your edge- activate and reawaken muscles long forgotten. Learn or review asanas (poses) while deepening standard poses for greater overall benefit. Balance and beginnings.

Week two: Legs and hamstrings! Strengthen and lengthen those hamstrings and quads for fabulous legs, alleviate low back pain and balance knee tension.

Week three: Hip openers for anyone who walks, runs, bikes, sits, stands. Okay, everyone! Release sacral tension and feel the benefits of opening the hips and lengthening the IT band.

Week four: Shoulder time. Relieve shoulder and neck pain, strengthen and tone arms.

Week five: Abs, spine and binds. Really get those vertebrae moving and strengthen your spine while building your abs.

Week six:Cardio yoga? Ashtanga style with smoother transitions while boosting the heart rate. Why yogi's and yogini's are so fit!

Cost: $70 for the series.
Classes just off 12th and Speer at Body Mecca fitness training studio.

Space is limited to the first 10 people.

We won't be doing drop-ins because it is 6-week series.
