Thank you so much for your excellent and positive help as my personal, individualized, integrative life coach and real estate coach. You helped me in the areas that I needed to work on without making it seem like work; you made it fun. My awareness of food quality has greatly increased. I now know about pesticides, hormones and antibiotics — how they affect me, and how to avoid them. I’m now a label reader!

A major positive aspect was in moving away from the “diet” attitude I grew up on. Focusing on permanent change is more effective, and I am slowly seeing it happen.

I am experiencing far fewer headaches that are less intense when I do get them.

One of the best changes is cooking at home more often, which benefits me in many ways. I have better portion control, take in more nutrients and save money.
